As the sole suppliers of a prestigious range of high quality catering equipment, our trained personnel - from Sales to Service - really know the kit. Their role is to help you to make the right choices for your business. Perhaps you may be looking for more sales from hot food, cold drinks or ice cream; you may need to save money on energy costs, oil costs or wages- we supply packages to fit your bill.

To ensure that we do, we employ an independent Customer Survey company to contact our customers each month to ensure that every aspect of our service delivered to you is at the high standard you deserve. Internally, each department has benchmarks measured monthly to ensure standards are maintained and exceeded - for example our factory trained Service Technicians regularly beat their target of 90% First Time Fix. Compare that to industry averages!
Over the years we have continued to work with major National Accounts in the Retail, Fast Food, Brewery and Restaurant sectors as well as thousands of independent customers. Two examples of our customers are KFC and J.D.Wetherspoon, both highly innovative and successful within their markets; that's where we add value, helping our customers to change, adapt, grow - and make profits!
